Things to Do in Honduras: Zip Line

Commonly referred to as Canopy Tours, the zip line has become a part of the latest things to do in this unique adventure full Central American Country.

There are several zip line tours available throughout the country. The area with the highest density of zip line, or canopy tours, is the island of Roatan, where there are at least five choices.

There are also two different canopy tours in the vicinity of La Ceiba. One is a zipline along the Cangrejal River, and the other is near Sambo Creek. The zip line near Sambo Creek has the added value of being within the same property as the Sambo Creek Hot Springs. The cities in Honduras of San Pedro Sula, and near Tegucigalpa, as well as Copan, Valle de Angeles, and Trujillo all have at least one of these zip line tours to try during your visit to Honduras.
