The hostel facility has a total of 7 rooms. Most of them have bunk beds and can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons in a room. The fact that electricity is now available, means that locals can provide better facilities, including food and drink to guests staying overnight in the refuge.

Yes, Pico Bonito is not only one of the largest national parks in Honduras. It is also one of the most diverse! This diversity means that there are many different sites and activities that you can enjoy while visiting the park.
The highest peaks in Honduras are the Cerro de las Minas or Celaque in Western Honduras. Santa Barbara in Central Honduras is the second highest peak.
